Pathfinder International believes that everyone, no matter where they live, has the right to make informed choices about their reproductive lives, live free from fear and stigma, and shape their own futures. Since 1957, Pathfinder has worked alongside governments, communities, and health systems in low-resource settings to break down barriers to essential sexual and reproductive health services. Through these partnerships, the organization increases access to contraception, supports healthy pregnancies, saves women’s lives, and helps prevent new HIV infections where the need is greatest—empowering millions of women, men, and young people to take control of their health and life choices.
