Job Overview

We are seeking Sales Representatives & Sales Attendants to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and enhance product distribution. The ideal candidates will be proactive, customer-focused, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into loyal clients.
  • Contact and engage new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Highlight product benefits and demonstrate how they solve customer challenges.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare sales agreements, and close deals effectively.
  • Deliver tailored presentations to meet customer needs.

Sales Operations & Business Development

  • Manage sales administration and oversee product distribution.
  • Liaise with vendors on purchases, pricing, and timely product delivery.
  • Issue invoices, track payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Oversee product inventory, ensuring proper storage and preservation.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

🔹 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

🔹 Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in sales, with strong target-driven motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
