Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Investment Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic real estate investment opportunities. This position requires a strong background in real estate investments, financial analysis, and market research, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on prospective investments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals, financial models, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective investment strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as RICS or CFA are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
