  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment to enhance programme impact.

About You

We seek a highly analytical and results-driven professional with:

  • At least 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, with expertise in international development best practices.
  • A minimum of 4 years supporting large, multi-sectoral programmes funded by bilateral donors.
  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in database management, data processing, and statistical analysis.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness with the ability to collaborate in diverse teams.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:

  • Expertise in participatory MEAL approaches and statistical tools.
  • Experience in commissioning and managing consultants.
  • Familiarity with working in consortiums and engaging government and private sector stakeholders.
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with strong research and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to proactively drive results in a dynamic development environment.
