About FAME Foundation:

FAME Foundation is a gender-focused non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the social, emotional, and economic well-being of women and girls. Through policy advocacy and program development, we strive to enhance female participation in national development while promoting gender parity in society.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and data analysis on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to inform program strategies.

Assess the impact of STEM policies, legislation, and practices on Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).

Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in the STEM and PWD ecosystem to drive sustainable development initiatives.

Oversee and manage all STEM-related activities at FAME Foundation.

Identify and secure funding, grants, and sponsorships for STEM and PWD projects.

Support program implementation and capacity-building initiatives for STEM training beneficiaries.

Develop and coordinate national STEM and PWD programs in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

Advocate for policies that promote STEM education and the rights of PWDs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM-related fields (Sciences, Educational Technology, Engineering, etc.).

Proven experience in project management and coordination.

Strong ICT skills.

Sound knowledge of STEM education, particularly for individuals with disabilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for inclusivity, gender equality, and advocacy in STEM.

Prior experience (1-3 years) in Civil Society Organizations is an advantage.
